One-to-one Therapy

At Young Therapy we provide a safe and comfortable therapeutic space for adolescents and young people. We offer one-to-one psychotherapy to help them make sense of their emotions and their reactions to the world around them. It can feel difficult to share or open up, so we facilitate this by listening and providing a weekly space to think, reflect and explore together.
